Whether you want to sew apparel and/or home decor from scratch or just alter store bought to suit yourself;
sewing lessons are invaluable for learning the skill sets to do it all!
In recent years the art of sewing has taken a back seat in the public education arena. At the same time, we are more and more individual in our tastes and styles. Sewing can free us to create a piece of the world that reflects our own flavor and preferences: Simple or complicated, plain or glitzy!
There is research that shows the benefit of sewing and crafting being stress reducers for those looking to temporarily escape the fast-paced whirl of our daily lives and have a lasting sense of accomplishment.
