Please mail completed form with deposit and/or tuition to reserve student's seat in class. 
Make checks or money orders  payable to Tamara Schultz
 
Once deposit (cash, check or money order) has been received, you will be contacted with confirmation and given directions to my home studio and any other information necessary.

Gift Certificates Available!!!
Gift certificates for classes, workbooks, or videos can be purchased and mailed to you for personal giving or can be mailed directly to your special person.  Just download and print the form below and mail with check or money order (made out to Tamara Schultz) for gift amount to us.   We will mail back the certificate to you or your recipient  ASAP. as you indicate.
